Through their days of confinement and dwindling supply, Alex grows skeptical they will survive.

Along the way Alex falls into freezing water close to an abandoned cabin, Ben carries her into the cabin where they stay for several days while Alex recuperates.
As Ben sleeps at night, Alex takes a picture of him, again Alex insists he leaves her behind but he refuses and so they press forward.
